I mentioned in my previous post that my doctor advised me to lose some weight. To be honest, I'm having a hard time. I started exercising two weeks ago but after just two sessions in the gym, I quit. My busy schedule won't allow me to go to the gym. Now I'm forced to go on a diet. Again, another difficult thing for me to do as food is really a temptation to me (so sad). To diet or not? That's a big challenge for me (wink). A friend of mine suggested that to help me lose weight easier, I need to take a diet supplement. I'm thinking about it. I guess I'll do a research first about diet supplements.
