Bonifacio Day

I was busy reading this alli reviews when a message popped up on my screen. It's from my cousin Nica. I asked her if she's in her school's computer lab because usually she's at school at this hour but she's not. She said she's in the internet cafe because it's holiday in the Philippines today and there's no class. That's when I remembered that today is Bonifacio Day. A national holiday in the Philippines celebrating the birth day of Andres Bonifacio - the founder and leader of the Katipunan movement which sought the independence of the Philippines from Spanish colonial rule and started the Philippine Revolution.
