If your man gripes about you chatting with your BFF to much, tell him it's scientifically proven to make you feel better. Bonding with a buddy raises levels of the hormones progesterone, which boosts contentment and lowers anxiety, reports a new University of Michigan Study.

~ Is Facebooking with friends counted? I guess so! At least now I have a perfect excuse to spend more time at FB! Haha!
