Back...

Hello to all lurkers here! Just in case you are wondering why I went missing in action again, well, something very sad happened to my family. My mom passed away last March 14. She died of stroke and cardiac arrest. It was indeed the saddest day of our lives... especially for me because I wasn't able to say goodbye to her personally. I wasn't able to go home to the Philippines because I just gave birth to my son at the time of my mother's death. I was still recovering from a CS delivery that time and Jaden was way too young to travel. If the circumstances were a whole lot different then I would have boarded the plane back to the Philippines the very next day but it wasn't so I was stuck here in Utah.

So anyway, to cut the story short, I took some time off from blogging to give myself some time to grieve. It all happened too quickly and even now I still could not believe that my mom is gone forever. I know in time I will be able to accept her death but I know for sure that the heartache of losing her will stay forever...
