1. Students pay more money than they will earn afterwards.
2. Call Center employees earn more money than teachers and nurses.
3. The honking of car horns is a way of life.
4. All kinds of animals are edible.
5. Crossing the street involves running for your dear life.
6. Traffic signs are merely suggestions, not regulations.
7. Where even the poverty-stricken get to wear RALPH-LAUREN AND TOMMY HILFIGER( peke).
8. Where even poverty-stricken have the latest cell-phones (GSM-Galing Sa Magnanakaw).
9. Where the government makes the people pray for miracles (AMEN to that).
10. Rodents are normal house pets.
11. Where soap operas tell the realities of life and where the news are provides drama.
12. Where actors make the rules and where the politicians provide the entertainment.
13. People can get away with stealing TRILLIONS of Pesos but not a Thousand.
14. Where the squatters have more to complain (even if they do not pay their tax) than those employed and have their tax automatically deducted from their salaries.
15. And where everyone wants to leave the country.

Not Again...

I though my "puke" days is over but I was wrong... Just this afternoon I started throwing up again. Well, actually, I have been feeling a little queasy since last night but I managed not to throw up. Oh well... I just hope this doesn't continue for weeks or else I'll be losing weight again. So far, I managed to add 8 pounds to my weight since I got pregnant but that's a small accomplishment given the fact that I'm already closing in to my 26th week.

Haayy...

Parents

1. Are your parents still alive? If so, do you get along with them?
~ Yup, they are very much alive. I get along pretty well with my mom but my dad's a different story. He's very stubborn and acts more like the "problem child" in the family instead of the FATHER.

2. Do your parents live close? Why/why not?
~ Yup. They live together in one roof together with my unmarried siblings.

3. Name one thing valuable that your parents taught you. Why did you choose this?
~ Trusting Oneself. My parents brought us up in a democratic way and because of this, we grew up trusting our own skills and capabilities.

Oh my gosh! I got bitten by the eBay bug again and now I can't stop browsing their website! Right now, I have 10 active bids and watching 50 items! Last night I won a Sigrid Olsen gift set of rhinestone necklace and earrings for only $11 including shipping fee.
